Dual Diagnosis

I have bi polar border personality disorder, and alcoholism. Not drank for 53 days feel low and bored.

Try going to AA meetings. Face to face support makes sobriety fun. Most people at AA meetings are happy. .."not a glum lot."

I was diagnosed with bipolar and bpd as well. It's pretty difficult at times I know. But congratulations on your sober time, that's a great achievement.

I just turned 21 and dealing with the same problem. How are you feeling now? Any tips you can give me or if you need a chat we can converse and help each other. Would love to chat with Someone in a similar position or someone that has gone through this.

Really working the 12 steps has helped alot, especially steps 4, 5, 6, and 7.
