This is called switching seats on the titanic. No matter what drug you take, you will sink. You have the disease of addiction, it's not what's in the drug, it's what's in you. The addiction is in you and like any other maladaptive behavior, it take help to change that behavior. Help includes therapy and 12 step meetings. What can you do today to get help?

that's what we do if we try to quit a substance or drink or bad behavior and don't have any sort of sobriety help to fall back on. We take the easy way outs with everything even though It may not be the best decision for us. that's why having a sponsor or sober friends to talk to who understand or a home group is so conducive for my next 24 hours of whether I stay sober or just switch one addiction to another one. stay honest n true tho. gl young buck
