Scream!

Sometimes you need to let your anger out! Better to curse than to internalize anger thereby falling into depression and risking relapse. The key is to let your rage out without interfering with your life or others'. It is not wrong to feel angry. It is better to own your fury and to let it out in a healthy way. One way: get in a car (so as not to scare others) and scream. Another way: do fifty pushups. Perhaps even better: vigorous then relaxing slow yoga.

Ask your higher self, your Sponsor, therapist, and other parts of your Higher Power to help you find a healthy way to deal with anger. Exercise, a healthy meal, a break from work, and occasionally even a loud scream are a few examples.
