Who cares?

So many of our problems are just petty. We worry about whether we are liked. We obsess over size medium or size large. We resent someone who didn't smile at us.  We stress over running out of ketchup. We feel humiliated or ashamed because our car is not as new and shiny as our neighbor's. Meanwhile, people starve, get shot, lose children, get cancer.

To-do:

Today, I will say, "Who cares?" when I fret over pettiness. Whenever I am scared, nervous, sad or depressed, I will exercise that wonderful recovery tool called PERSPECTIVE.
