Try the SoberTool Method: 1. Get the mobile app. 2. Upon awakening, read the daily message or click on "get a personalized message" if the daily message doesn't seem to apply to you. You will be reminded to do this by a phone notification. 3. Check your new reward, days clean and sober, and money saved. 4. Post at the Forum. 5. Throughout the day, REPEAT THE TITLE OF THE DAILY MESSAGE AS YOU FACE STRESSORS DURING THE DAY and if you are craving or in need of help with an issue, answer the relevant questions on the homepage before you pick up the first drink or drug.

I refuse to be stressed, depressed, resentful or fearful. To help me, I will try the SoberTool Method for at least the next seven days. I will not quit doing the SoberTool method after 7 days if it works. Since it's free and easy, I have nothing to lose but my misery.
