Hmm..I'm curious as to what this is so I'll find out & come back. I'm trying it by doing OP therapy and its working for me. Is this method working for you and how far along w it are you??

is this like vaping to quit smoking?

I tried this. I had one of my "best" and last drunks . I don't recommend the method myself.
I made it to AA and continued the naltrexon for about 9 months working the steps.
