Constant urges...

I've been sober 45 days, but still have constant urges to drink. Anyone else in the same boat? What do you do to ease them?

Call my AA Sponsor and talk about them at AA meetings. Helps to know I'm not alone.

Hi there, I’m sure you most likely have heard of campral or Acamprosate, I’ve been taking them of n on for maybe 12-14 months. I do find that they work mostly for me, it’s only when I have deadset committed to drinking n nothing is changing my mind. For me they really helped with the cravings n if I kept busy the day had finished n I hadn’t thought of, wanted to or had a drink. However they don’t work on stubbornes n that usually how I end up with a bottle. Hope this 1st hand experience might help
