Dry vs. Sober

Hi everyone! Today is day 275 without a drink. Prays be to God, in my case. I'm so greatfull for every sober breath. In my heart of hearts I really never want to take another drink. But, I think I have developed "dry polar disorder", (self diagnosed lol). I am not experiencing the joy and freedom of sobriety, as described in The Big Book. I think it's because I'm too busy not drinking with all my might. Any suggestions from those of you who've been there but have worked passed it and are now enjoying the promises. If you are not drinking "with all your might" you probably are not fully working the steps with your sponsor. Sounds like you are using your own will power. Do you have a Sponsor? Have you done all 12 steps? Thanks for sharing.

let go and let God, because we all know our way didn't work!! And work the steps, read the big book again and go to 12 step meeting, and another one tommorow. Keep going back, it worked for me for 16+ years.
