Heroin research

I am the gf of an addict. He had 100 days clean from heroin. He never injected. He snorted it. He relapsed and did two bags a week and a half ago. I’m trying to corroborate his information as to how strong that is. A few weeks ago he had pain killers when he had his wisdom tooth removed. He says that the two bags he did was less severe than the pain killers he took. I test his urine every two days and they’ve been negative. I’m just really confused. I’m not familiar with any of this and the research I’ve done isn’t answering my questions. Please help.

ex heroin user here. either your tests are bad, or he got bags of fentynal. Fent test is totally different and will not show up on a otc drug test. what pills did he get?
