I've relapsed for no reason at all just because I wanted to.

I drank two bottles of wine tonight I feel like I've betrayed myself and others I'd gone 47 days without anything am i going back to lieing again? I thought I was strong but I've failed again !

47days without, 1day with, carry on sober till you have reach another 47,then you will of done94days off, 1not. Its only 1day. Think you have done brilliant. Let me know when day 101 comes. Your body has benefited from the 47 days without you can't erase that
achievement.
