To Bee: Just try emptying all of the bottles out of your home. Perhap get out of the huse to an AA meeting. I have found them to be a great experience, even fun!

This is my vice.....but I finally asked for help...now im learning how to acknowledge triggers. Who knew damn near everything was trigger.....
