Don’t Ignore Your Physical Self

If you feel like relapsing or are feeling bad, the cause may be that you are physically out of balance. There are many ways to make yourself feel better emotionally: acceptance, lowering expectations, reliance on a Help, etc. However, there is more to feeling better than emotional wellness. One can’t ignore the importance of a healthy physical self. Numerous studies show that regular exercise decreases depression, anger, and stress.


To-do:

Make time to get off that couch and work out. Eat correctly. Obviously, if you fuel yourself with better fuel, you’ll operate better. Start small by doing a little exercise for a short time and build up. You know you will feel better if you treat yourself better. And don’t be too hard on yourself. If you are carrying a few extra pounds, don’t make a big deal out of it. This is critical in not carrying this health thing too far.
