Fear is the feeling that I am not going to get my way in the future

Don’t think about whether you are going to get the outcome you want. Substitute serving your will with serving the will of your Higher Power. Your Higher Power wants you to do the next right thing in this moment to advance the causes of the Four absolutes: Honesty, Purity, Unselfishness, and Love. Leave the results to God because you can’t control them. Faith and doing your Higher Power's will eliminate fear.

Say the 3rd step prayer and say "I hereby turn my life and will over to the care of my Higher Power." If my mind starts worrying about whether or not I will get my way in the future, I will consciously bring my mind back to the present by doing what's in front of me.
